BILLING

All price options are billed totally by calculating the Product Cost + Delivery Cost.

REFUNDS

If you have any problems regarding the product or if it does not work as it is said before selling, we will be happy to issue a full refund via Store Credit, within 48 Hours of the original purchase. After 48 Hours, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by contacting with support Chat.

As you buy a Physical product, when you receive the item, you have taken ownership. Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products or purchase by mistake or ask for new flavours sizes & variation. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

RETURN & EXCHANGE:

Customer Must have to Claim Return & Exchange in front of Delivery Man / Parcel Office (Outside Dhaka)

Return is Not Applicable for unfair & unclear Reason. We have every Document of conversation with customer & CCTV Footage of Packaging & Dispatching the Product, So Any Unfair Return Request Will be Disapproved.

Return is Applicable for
“Expired Item”
“Broken Item”
“Faulty Item”
“Intensional Unsealed item by 3rd Party”
“Damaged Item” etc with Valid Reason
